Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
· Plan, execute, control and follow up the implementation of the design/optimization project for radio networks,
· Radio & Transmission Rollout projects and knowledge of civil work,
· To be the customer interface/Technical lead for design/optimization, or rollout projects,
· Ensure that the project results fulfill the specified requirements and acceptance criteria,
· Ensure that all the contractual obligations and regulations are met,
· Produce and maintain a Quality Plan,
· Make sure that resources are properly allocated and these resources fulfill their task,
· To plan the procurement for the project and co-ordinate with central procurement function,
· To secure all the pre-requisite documentation for invoicing related to services acceptance certificates,
· To ensure that costs and revenues are in accordance with budget and contract respectively,
· Support and assist implementation and logistics staff to take action for project material, which is short supplied, wrongly supplied, damaged material or any such non-conformance noticed during supply and implementation process,
· Monitor that the corrective actions decided upon in conjunction with the project audits are effectively carried out. |
Qualifications and Experience :
· Minimum 5 years work experience in Telecom field, preferably delivering projects,
· Proven experience in project management of rollout of mobile networks design and optimization,
· Knowledge of 3GPP standard and network architecture for 3G/HSDPA,
· Knowledge of IP and ATM transports,
· Self motivated, independent, mature, ability to travel and high time availability, problem-solving oriented mindset are a must,
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude,
· Able to function independently within a team environment.
· Customer-oriented and service minded, with strong quality orientation,
· Able to handle quick changes and work under pressure and time constraints,
· High initiative and self-motivation,
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
· Must be available to travel if required,
· Knowledge of GSM/GPRS/UMTS network architecture. |
