Description du poste

  • Looking for a dynamic, creative and highly motivated Sales Manager to ensure our company continues to grow successfully in a very competitive market.
  • Candidate should be result and goal oriented. He/She should take adequate initiative for profitable growth of our sales activities within North-African countries. She/He’ll be responsible to set sales plans, objectives and strategic development under the supervision of the Regional Manage
  • Reporting to the Regional Manager, responsible for achieving the assigned sales volume by selling and promoting GE Energy Industrial solutions products to new and existing customers
  • Responsible for entire product portfolio
  • Priority will be to coordinate/support local business partner in Tunisia and create demand in the market for our products through prescription
  • Manage relationships and negotiate business terms with customers (Consultants, Utilities, Distributors, Panel builders, System integrators…)
  • Build account plans
  • New product introductions, technical support for customers & engineering companies coordinating our internal resources (product management team mainly) and partner
  • Responsible for the entire sales process from identifying a new project through prescription/specification to closing the deal.
  • Active participation in coordinating/supporting other functions in post sales processes… deliveries, collecting due invoices

Profils recherchés pour ce poste

  • Education: electrical engineering degree
  • Self started
  • Proactive thinking and acting
  • Ability to work independently
  • Customer focus
  • Fluent in French and English for business negotiations and presentations (Arabic language knowledge is a Plus)
  • Driving license.
  • Experience with Electrical design and good product knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
