We are looking for a highly motivated Distribution Sales Manager based in Africa who will ensure sales budget delivery through a channel of distributors. Initially focusing on North Africa but with a plan to grow our market share throughout Africa. Key responsibilities are to:

 

We are looking for candidates who can work independently, are data rational and results driven.  The successful candidate will have a track record of achieving superior results and will have excellent communication and influencing skills.  We are looking for 5+ years experience in sales including distribution sales management and experience of working in an international business environment.

 

In addition, you will be comfortable working in a global team, have the ability to influence at all levels and be able to deploy appropriate tools to different situations in order to make recognizable impact.
