Description du poste
- Develop innovative manufacturing solutions, driving patents and proprietary technologies.
- Identify value-added improvements in new and existing projects.
- Lead implementation of smart manufacturing and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with R&D to align product designs with manufacturing capabilities.
- Drive standardization through platforming and Generic Technical Specifications (GTS).
- Evaluate new technologies and benchmark against market standards.
- Lead technical workshops and feasibility studies; prepare reports and quotations.
- Ensure manufacturability, smooth ramp-up, and continuous improvement of designs
Profil recherché
- Engineering Degree
- Min 2 years of experience in Cable Assembly
- knowledge of 3D design tools (preferably Creo, Catia, SolidWorks)
- Basic knowledge of CAD, CAE, and industrial/quality engineering tools
- Familiar with LEAN, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methods (DoE, FMEA, A3, DMAIC)
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to travel when required
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Strong communication and technical writing skills; comfortable interacting with all management levels and external partners
